TVI Mobile provides communication services, including free phones, tablets, and internet access under the ACP and Lifeline Assistance programs. These programs are governed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and are limited to one benefit per household.

TVI Mobile’s services include:

  • Free or discounted wireless and broadband services for eligible households.
  • Access to devices, such as smartphones and tablets, for approved users.
  • Support for network connectivity via 5G and broadband technology.

4. Fair Usage Policy

TVI Mobile offers unlimited plans; however, Unlimited Does Not Mean Unreasonable Use. To ensure fair access for all customers, you agree not to:

  • Use the service in a manner that disrupts the network or affects other customers.
  • Engage in activities such as excessive data usage, high call volumes, or prolonged connection times that exceed normal use.
  • Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate service for excessive or unreasonable use.


5. Billing and Payment (if applicable)

If you subscribe to additional paid services:

  • Payments must be made on time as per the selected plan.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
  • All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

6. Device Ownership

Devices provided by TVI Mobile are intended for eligible customers and are non-transferable. You agree to:
